SUPPORT SERVICE MANAGEMENT
The Support Services Management Plan (SSMP) describes the services provided by our Optimal Services team. It is an imperative element of a ship’s routine operation and forms an integral component of a ship’s maintenance mechanism.
The SSMP includes plans and reports, as required, to efficiently manage ship maintenance and operations; while assisting ship owners/operators to maintain their vessels to keep them in a sea-worthy condition with maximum efficiency and availability, along with minimizing maintenance costs, by executing maintenance programs and repairs under International Maritime Standards.

Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown Maintenance
We offer a wide range of services from preventive to corrective and breakdown repairs. Our team, experienced in the marine industry, can provide you with detailed investigations, root cause analysis, repairs, and potential solutions to reduce the likelihood of future breakdowns. The repair packages we offer are attractive and tailor-made for ship owners and operators.

We provide ship owners and ship operators with a planned maintenance booklet and schedule (vessel-specific) for preventive maintenance carried out by our experienced technical team in accordance with the Ship’s Equipment List (SEL) and schedule of work.
